Transcripts


If you would like to request a transcript from HUGSR, please click here for a transcript request form.

You can check your grades using Harding Pipeline. You will need your user ID and password. If you have questions about registering or checking grades, please contact the registrar at hgsregistrar@hugsr.edu or (901) 761-1356.



Accessing Your Grades:

  1. Go to Harding Pipeline, http://pipeline.harding.edu. (Click on this link or copy the link address and post it directly into the URL address line on your browser.)
  2. Enter your user ID and password.Your Pipeline User ID is typically your initial and last name, not your "H number."
  3. Select the tab at the top that says "My HU Info."
  4. Select "Student Services & Financial Aid."
  5. Select "Student Records."
  6. Select "Final Grades.";
  7. Select a term (e.g., fall 2005). [Note: grades prior to summer 2003 are not available on the web.]

Graduation

Graduation is held each May on Harding University Graduate School of Religion campus in Memphis. If you plan to graduate, please submit a request for graduation to the registrar’s office in the November before you plan to graduate.
